About Me

Alex Brown is a creative and hardworking musician from Austin, TX. He is currently studying the tuba at Rice University under the direction of Dave Kirk. Along with his studies, he also has gigs playing with the Tallowood Baptist Church and Bb Bass with the Houston Brass Band. Alex has also created a line of novelty mouthpieces that has brought together tuba players all across the United States. When he isn’t playing the tuba, he enjoys gardening, 3D Printing, and personal fitness.
